Ecuadorean President Daniel Noboa’s automobile was surrounded by about 500 protesters hurling rocks as he arrived for an occasion in Canar province, a minister mentioned on Tuesday, including there have been “indicators of bullet injury” on the car. Noboa was unhurt and 5 individuals had been detained, the minister added.
