'All of us carry heavy hearts,' Gaza journalist Shrouq Al-Aila says

Israel declared a ceasefire and began pulling again troops in Gaza on Friday, as hundreds of displaced Palestinians started to make their approach again to their wrecked houses. “Right this moment is a historic day,” Shrouq Al-Aila, an impartial journalist in Deir al-Balah, informed FRANCE 24. “However all of us are carrying heavy hearts. The killing has stopped, however there’s one other struggle that started at the moment – that of navigating life within the aftermath.”
