
EU leaders on Thursday requested the European Fee to arrange choices to fund Ukraine for 2 extra years, maintaining open the opportunity of an unlimited mortgage backed by frozen Russian property. After marathon Brussels talks, they deferred a remaining choice on the proposed 140-billion-euro ($162 billion) “reparations mortgage” to December.
