In search of an unlikely Nobel Peace Prize and to bolster his legacy, Trump has shifted from giving Israel a “clean test” to a conditional stance. At a September 29 White Home unveiling of a 20-point peace plan with Netanyahu, he mentioned if Hamas rejected it he would give Israel “full backing.”
